Family-owned and inspired by Linda’s love for the shore, The Linda Grande is a thoughtfully refreshed beach stay designed around what matters most: simple summers, sandy feet, and time together. As parents of seven young children, we created a place we’d be excited to bring our own family. Relaxed, welcoming, and just steps from the beach, boardwalk and shopping. Our hope is that every guest feels at home here and leaves with memories that last long after summer ends.
By 2017, Linda and Grace gained national acclaim for their viral “Elegance in Motion” showcase, a movement deeply rooted in confidence and inclusive beauty. The event captured global attention and packed prestigious venues from Philadelphia to New York City, cementing their status as visionary creators.
When the world shifted in 2020, the sisters pivoted their creative prowess into interior curation. Their new firm, the Grande Design Collective, quickly rose to prominence, designing breathtaking event venues and luxury short-term rental spaces—achieving remarkable success entirely through word-of-mouth and organic acclaim.
Hospitality was the inevitable next chapter. In 2024, the sisters acquired a historic seaside manor in Ocean City, NJ—a magnificent property brimming with heritage but in need of a modern renaissance. In a matter of months, backed by the unwavering support of their family, they meticulously restored it into the Linda Grande Hotel: an elevated, design-forward boutique destination just a single block from the surf. Built with relentless dedication, heart, and a love for the coast, the hotel embodies everything Linda and Grace stand for: bespoke personal touches, breathtaking environments, and memories that linger long after check-out.
THE LINDA GRANDE STORY
The Linda Grande Hotel is more than a place to stay. It’s a place where we hope families, couples, and friends can slow down, enjoy time together, and make memories they’ll talk about for years to come.
The hotel is named after our late mother, Linda, who loved the Jersey Shore and treasured the summers she spent here with her family. Those trips were filled with simple moments that became lifelong memories, and that’s the feeling we hope to share with every guest who walks through our doors.
When we purchased this historic property, we saw more than an old hotel. We saw an opportunity to bring it back to life. We’ve invested in the things that matter most with brand-new beds, fresh bedding, updated bathrooms, new amenities, and comfortable spaces where guests can relax after a day at the beach. While we’re continuing to improve the building over time, every renovation has been done with our own family in mind, and we hope you’ll feel that care throughout your stay.

The Coastal Chateau is only a 5 minute walk to the Ocean City 6th St beach and boardwalk. Located on the corner of Atlantic & 6th, you can access the Downtown Asbury Avenue shops and restaurants by walking.
